Contacting and communicating with other members is one of the bigest benefits of belonging to an organization like the Del Val BMW CCA. Aside from the direct contacts of our esteemed volunteers, there are two message boards:
The club offers a great communication tool called "ListServ". It is degfined as:
A mailing list, sometimes called a discussion list or listserv, is an automated way to send email to a group of people. When someone wants to send mail to everyone in the group, the message is sent to a list address.
An automated program automatically copies the incoming message and sends it to the email address of each person in the group, also called the List.
Mailing lists give you access to open discussions with dozens, hundreds, or even thousands of people on all kinds of topics, using only email.
Listserv discussions are separated by topic. Each listserv has its own home page where you can subscribe, unsubscribe and change various options. On the listserv home page, enter your e-mail address and name.
